Tami
E. Strauss of Norwalk was promoted; the newly created position
of knowledge development officer at the Housing Development
Fund (HDF), Stamford, a nonprofit bank that provides funding
for affordable housing and an array of home buyer assistance
programs. Strauss joined HDF in 2005 as portfolio analyst.
Prior to that, she was associate vice president at Rockwood
Reality Associates, New York City. Before that, she was
research manager at Finard & Company L.L.C., Burlington,
Mass. Strauss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
State University of New York in Albany and a Master of
Urban Planning degree from New York University.
