Newsmakers-Donna M. Ramey

Donna M. Ramey of Newtown, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Savings Bank of Danbury, was elected chair of the board of directors of Housing Development Fund Inc. (HDF), Stamford, a nonprofit bank providing funding for affordable housing and an array of home buyer assistance programs. Ramey has served on HDF's board since 2003.
