Newsmakers-Kevin M. Porter

Kevin M. Porter was appointed assistant director of lending at Housing Development Fund Inc., Stamford, a nonprofit bank that provides funding for affordable housing and home buyer assistance programs. Most recently, Porter was a mortgage representative at Massachusetts State Employees Credit Union, Boston. Prior to that, he was director of development and marketing at Bethex Federal Credit Union, New York City. Porter holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bates College and a master’s degree in economics from New School University.
