Include in your letter a little about your background, your interest in working with HDF’s low/moderate income first time homebuyers, and your fees.  You will also be required to attend an orientation designed to give you an overview of our program(s) and loan products.  

New attorneys are added to the list twice a year – in September and March.  Orientations are held at that time.
